Shipping policy

Order processing times: Processing times and delivery times may vary. Normally, processing takes 1-5 working days. Please note that in individual cases it may take longer due to high order numbers or delivery delays.

Shipping methods: Standard shipping with tracking, shipping with Deutsche Post / DHL. After successful order processing, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.

Shipping rates: 3,80€ within Germany; 7,99€ within the EU; 9,99€ within Europe (without EU); 14,99€ (<0.8kg), 22,99€ (>0.8kg) rest of the world

Delivery time: The delivery time is estimated to be 3-20 working days depending on the region.
