Ich wollte einer Freundin zwei Quallen schenken, die allerdings so als Kombination nicht im Set erhältlich sind. Habe mich an den Support gewendet und wurde mit viel Verständnis und einer freundlichen Lösung begegnet. Der Versand ging super schnell, das Paket kam in einem top Zustand an und hat, was mich besonders gefreut hat, keinen Zentimeter an Platz verschwendet. Der Karton für den Versand hatte die richtige Größe und auch das Paket an sich war liebevoll gefüllt, sodass man keinen dahingeklatschten Eindruck bekommen hat. Zur Verwendung kann ich aktuell leider nichts sagen, Geschenk ist aber auch super angekommen. Insgesamt eine rundum tolle Erfahrung🥰

Sehr einfach zum basteln und macht auch super viel Spaß. Das Produkt sieht am Ende wie in den Bilder aus.
Nur bei der Videoqualität des Erklärfilms kann man dran arbeiten. :)

What are DIY Pipecleaner Bouquet Sets?

Pipecleaners are these colorful, fluffy pieces of wire. You can use them to craft all sorts of things for example flowers. On my page I assembled some flower bouquets for you, which you can craft yourself and use them as a gift or for decoration.

Do I need additional materials (eg. hot glue)?

No, besides scissors you don't need additional material. The set also comes with glue so hot glue is not necessary.

Where are you located?

I live and work in Germany, therefore all packages will be sent from here.

Where do you ship?

I ship in almost every country. You see if I am shipping to your country, when you are at the checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as I processed your order.

What are your return policies?

After you received your order you can request a return within 14 days after you got the order. You can request refund via deryadesigns.shop@gmail.com

We will refund the whole price when the order has been returned. Please note, that you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. https://www.deryadesigns.com/de/policies/shipping-policy

What do I do if I never received my order.

First of all you can check the shipping status with the tracking number you should have received via email.

Also note that I am a small business, therefore sometimes there can be shipping delays.

What are the product sizes?

The pipecleaners and stem wires are 30cm long. The size of the bouquet depends on your individual crafting. Normally it will be between 30cm and 50cm.
